I was wrong about Bad Company 2.

I posted a few days ago that I did not like the game. After putting in 5-6 hours I actually become to like the game a lot. So much so that I have pre-ordered it today. The game has a lot of potential and is a blast.It has a few problems but thats what a beta is for.#1. Players have way too much health. Certain things should kill you in one hit. For example. If I'm on a machine guna and shooting .50 cal bullets at you, one or two at the most should kill you. Even hitting someone in the leg with a .50 caliber bullet would just about take their whole leg off.#2. It's a little boring to defend. I wish they could mix up some of the defeding weapons.The game is showing loads of potential.I was wrong about Bad Company 2.
Yes, this game rules. Deciding between this, Heavy Rain, and God of War first..I was wrong about Bad Company 2.
I kind trying to quit with this kind of 1st person shooters... Ill stick with high quality games like ME2 and FIFA series.

I'm d/ling the demo right now... what bothers me is the fact that it's an MP demo.Same with AvsP :xI wonder why the devs go like ''zomg peeps only want MPs!!'' :roll:

Proud of you man. I was gonna pick up FIFA 10 a couple weeks ago until I heard EA announced FIFA 2010 World cup. So now I gotta buy BFBC2, Alan Wake, FIFA 2010 World Cup, Halo Reach and FableIII. Out of those I HAVE to grab FIFA World Cup and Reach fo'so and possibly BFBC2 but the previous ones I mentioned, are must, day one buys

Yeah Im looking foward to FIFA World Cup if its good and I can find it at a right price I might buy it
1. I think the health is fine the way it is. It doesn't take a freakish amount of bullets to take down an enemy, but it also doesn't just let you randomly take down enemies by spraying bullets all over the place. I think the health is just right.



2. When I first started BC2 beta last year, I too preffered the attacking side over the defending side. But now I love defending side as well. When you get a good team who actually protects their intel, it becomes a very fun game.

I really wanna try it out, looks fun.I hate Call of Duty with a burning passion (mostly because of hype I guess.... it's ok in reality I suppose). From what I've heard that doesn't mean I won't like this, they're not too similar right?

didnt get an answer before in another thread, so ill ask my questions here. havent lookes much on this game, so these may or may not be odd questions.



1. are the graphics really that mediocre, or is the demo just a really old version of the game? (played the 360 demo)

2. Is the damage better and was just scaled down for the demo? just shooting out walls and still havin the building frame be standing is kinda crappy looking.

3. Can you chance setups midmatch, or do you have to pick up a kit someone drops? i picked a kit, and halfway through, i wanted to change to something else, but couldnt figure out how to do it.

I mean they are preaty much standard multiplat quality (on PS3)
Otherwise, this game will break MW2s back. Might not take sales, but in quality, this game is gonna destroy modern warfare. I havent had as much fun in a very very very very very long time as i had with BC2 xD

A direct hit would mean a lost limb for sure.
