Favorite Period of the Decade? (2000-Ear ...

(I will be counting January 2010 as part of last decade since it is really just one month more and i then get to include Mass Effect 2)This decade had lots of great moments, but i think some periods showed the most significant gaming enjoyment. For me, i used to really look back at Winter of 2007, a winter filled with Halo3, CODMW, Mass Effect, Bioshock, and Super Mario Galaxy!!! It ws amazing. However, that may be challenged by actually this period now, Winter of 2009/2010....... Mass Effect 2, AC2, CODMW2, U2, and others have made this winter one of the best i have ever had, and it has kept me busier than ever. My favorite was 2000, because that's when most of my favorite games of all time were released. Chrono Cross, Legend of Mana, Final Fantasy IX, WWF No Mercy, Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask, Lunar 2: Eternal Blue Complete, Pokemon Gold and Silver, Grandia II, and Marvel Vs. Capcom 2. Awesome gaming year. My favorite.
2001/2002 was pretty sweet. The PS2, Xbox and Gamecube had all just landed and although the Dreamcast was in its final days it was still giving me loads of great games.
