Noire will feature on the cover of the March issue of Game Informer. GI staff member Matthew Kato addressed questions of exclusivity on the second page of the comments. ''It's not a PS3-exclusive. I thought it was multiplat for awhile. That or it was always up in the air. Agent is the supposed exclusive. :
