Oh, Japan. I wonder how they liked the long loading, awful framerate, and the screentearing. :PPS3 version of Bayonetta sold over 1.1 M ...
good the inferior version sold well!.....but damn did I hate this game I returned for AC2...very good move I must say
*-* I'm surprised. I never thought the game would be so popular...maybe 1.5 million on both consoles for all regions.
Not that suprised, its a solid game and Im still having fun playing it.
Oh, Japan. I wonder how they liked the long loading, awful framerate, and the screentearing. :P
They don't have 360s anyway lulz, anyway the long loading and framerate issues are cleared up quite a bit, game still looks like crap compared to the 360 version though.
Oh, Japan. I wonder how they liked the long loading, awful framerate, and the screentearing. :P
They patched it up and it runs as well as the 360 version now, I'm sure they aren't complaining.

Wow.I know Sony did Patch it up, but wow. I suppose SEGA made the right decision then. If there is a Bayonetta 2 or other project from Kamiya, I'm sure they will take all of that into consideration.Thing is though....it could have sold more. They should know that too.

reading the article, it mentions nothing about all 1.1 million copies being just the PS3 version. Just that 1.1 million were sold in Japan. Believe it or not, there ARE xbox360 owners in Japan.
Hopefully this sends a message to Sega and Platinum Games. Anyway, those sales are well deserved. Great game.

Sequel please. :D
Good to hear....
i knew even before the game was laucnhed it would sell more on the ps3 worldwide then the 360 version thats why i dont understand why sega and platinum games would put the 360 version as 1st priority just not smart it barel sold anything in the US

Yeah, but the 360 version probably only sold a couple hundred thousand, which isn't much. It's like the reverse of multiplats sells in the U.S.

I beat the game last night( I got the 360 versrion). The action was great and the combat system was alot of fun. However the story was ridiculous and some of the bosses just looked a little to weird for my tase. Id give it a 8.5 .
