Your favorite video game demos?

To make it SW-Worthy, I've added a poll.I'm sure we've all had those demos that we can't just stop playing. Heck some might not even buy the games just because the demos provide hours of entertainment. :PAs for me:BF2: Not only did it provide countless of bot filled hours of fun, but it had that excellent 32 multiplayer map to keep me satisfied.Dead Rising: Mall filled with thousands of zombies and I just get to kill them again and again? Yes please! Though to me, this demo was the perfect example of not judging a game solely by its demo. :(AOE2: Sure the William Wallance campaign was nice, but I'm sure I've had at least 100 matches with those 2 other computer players on the Random Map.What are yours?Your favorite video game demos?

Hello the tagyhag,My favorite demo ever is Warcraft III. By demo, I mean *ahem*...my ''liberated'' version of Warcraft III + Frozen Throne...:PAmong the home consoles, I would say that the Wii handles it the worst because of Nintendo's poorly implemented online system. PC is my favorite for demos even though I don't play PC games as much anymore.

Rts'es tend to have amazing demos, since they usually hold so much replay value.
Well, the only console with a full-fledged demo system that I own is a PS3, so I can't really answer the poll. But I really liked all of the demoes I've gotten. I guess I'd have to go with the Clank demo for A Crack in Time as my favourite (I love the gameplay :D).

i think battlefield 2 is up there. I mean they had the demo servers up for how long? If you dont mind not unlocking guns and having new maps it was basically a free game.Also the first uncharted demo, although short, was very satisfying. I must have played it 50 times before release, which is kind of sad.
PC of course. Hell, just go to the downloads section on Gamespot and you'll find some of the best demos ever. And those are only like, half of them.
Xbox 360 imoTrial demos for every downloadable gameand major demos go up earlier in the weekthat said PSN is getting better at getting demos out earlier than the 360, but on the plus side for the 360 there's no installing

PC. I love Steam so much. Not only do I get demos for so many games but I also get free trials from friends. Whenever they purchase certain games, they get one or more free trials to give away and I always get one. The free trials give you full access to what the game offers and it is always the final build of the game. They are the perfect demos.

Girl as much as I love the 360, the PC does demos very well. Steam anyone?
well, as far as i know, the ps3 barely gets demos for anything, at least for arcade games, so id have to say tie between the 360 and pc.
Im not into demos.
OMG, on the PS1 I had this Ape Escape demo, awe man I loved that game.
