anyone who owns both would know that MS puts that as a detail on the back and Sony does not plain and simple. So MS just confrimed that this game will have DLC for both consoles.

if its good Omega, emerald weapon type DLC why not?

I hope DLC gets frowned upon enough to be gone next-gen, extra DLC some time after the game is released, fine, as long as its a couple dollars only, day-one DLC should literally be a crime.. unless its stuff like Mass Effect or Dragon Age where you can get it if you actually buy the game, then that is good anti-pirate technique.

Yeah, but apparantly half the hunts in the game are harder than the last boss, so I'm sure it'll have plenty of tough foes.
I hope you guys know that this is toally not exclusive, first it would make japan go crazy and second Square made it clear that both will have the same thing

Japan already paid and played it months ago though. I doubt it'd be exclusive unless it was financially viable... and MS is in a position to make it financially viable if they wanted to, but I doubt they want to considering that the game isn't even sold on 360 in Japan and they won't need this to give them a leg up in the US (read that as it's irrelevant for 2/3 regions).
Looks to me like it just means you will have to download part of the game. Like you need to download some files that are common to all 3 discs but wouldn't fit.

Lame :| the series hasn't had a decent final boss in a decade now :( XII's wasn't too bad actually but I had other issues with it.

because it says ''game content download.'' Which indicates the content is supposed to be part of the game and not extra.
