as a specific ALIEN HR Giger, however a game that has good aliens in general imo is definetly a 2 way tie for me between Halo, and Ratchet and Clank. (everyone assumes that aliens cant be both cartoony AND epic :P)some ratchet and clank alien epicness:

Aliens, easily. And for most badass alien the Predalien has my vote.Its like replacing a great white shark's teeth and skin with combat knives and Kevlar respectively.
