I would go with the 360. Now that you can have an HD console in your home for $200 is nice.
Of course PS3, here is the reason:PC, no exclusives that won GOTY this gen, most of the games can be obtained on 360, the most expensive = FAILXbox 360, all exclusives are shooter and no exclusives that scored higher than 94 on Metacritic, most of the games can be obtained on PC = FAILWii, no AAAE for 2 years, the worst library compared to others, no HD support = FAILPS3, the only one who has AAAAE, won GOTY for 2 years in a row, awesome exclusives, free online, exclusives are not just about shooter = EPIC WIN
I still think it's the Wii.

This is easily the most obvious answer and one I know everyone gets sick of. The PC not only is by far the most functional, but its library this gen is comparable practically to all 3 consoles put together (even when you don't include that all those mutiplats invariably look and play better even before you mod 'em).

The $200 360 really sucks. You need an HDD to install games so you can hear the sound of games properly.

360. better controller(imo) , better online experience etc. this is my opinion on just the consoles as i dont own a pc capable of running the killer app's

If you like action games you should try dead rising, L4D 1%262, Crackdown, etc etc. When you actually stack the libraries up against each other the PC smashes all the consoles and the 360 definately outweighs the PS3. Of course personal tastes are an entirely different matter.
